Based on your screenshots, this is clearly a technical issue with the OnVUE application.

For this kind of issue, allow me to redirect you to the Pearson VUE Support Group who are responsible for supporting technical issues on the OnVUE application. They will be creating a separate case with a different reference ID and assist you from here. You may refer to their contact details in the link below:

​They are also capable of rescheduling your exam after resolving the issue. If they are unable to provide a fix or reschedule your exam, please ask for a case number then provide it to us so we can make a follow-up on your behalf.
