Exam Registration | Pearson VUE Website: Need assistance joining/merging MS IDs for taking exams

I have recently merged my new "work" account and personal account, but now have an issue when scheduling a free retake on Pearson Vue as I have a different MS ID now. I would also like to be sent previous test results as I was not provided a score upon completion as the exam included a lab.
