exam result showing up as pending

Hello

Yesterday I had my md-100 exam and when finished I got the following message: thank your for taking this Microsoft certification exam. Your test results will be available once scoring is complete. You may exit the exam now without affecting the scoring process by clicking the "end button'. Your score report will be available online in your Microsoft learning dashboard at www.microsoft.com/learning/dashboard

Is this normal? I thought the results will show up right away after finishing the test, for how long do I have to wait for the results to be posted? it has been more than 24hrs since then. Regards

Hello Jose,

 

You will receive notification of your pass or fail status within a few minutes of completing your exam. In addition, you will receive a printed report that provides your exam score and feedback on your performance on the skill areas measured if the exam was taken through the physical site. The exam delivery provider will forward your score to Microsoft within five business days.

 

You may still check the breakdown of your score by downloading your score report on “Exam Providers” when you sign in to Microsoft Certification Dashboard.

Select the exam vendor and hit the "Go" blue button. The next page should provide you exam history and redirect you to the testing center page where you can access your score report.

 

To check the status of your score on our database, I have initiated a private message requesting for information to verify your profile, please refer to the image below:

I would also appreciate if you can forward the step-by-step recorder from the time you log in to until the issue is shown. This will help us to investigate the case. You may click here for the instructions to use the recorder.
