Exam result still pending

Hello,

I've taken the exam AZ-900 with PersonVue about 5 hours ago and passed it successfully. I have not, however, received any confirmation email nor can I see the results in PersonVue's "View score reports" section.

Additionally, when I go to the "Exam history" section, the result part says "Score Pending".

I though I would be getting a congratulatory email by today. When can I expect my results?

I understand you are still waiting for your exam results.

Normally, the exam delivery provider will forward your score to Microsoft within 1 business day. It should reflect in your dashboard as soon as Microsoft receives the results.

If you still cannot see your exam results or has not receive any confirmation email, you may also reach out directly to Pearson VUE for immediate assistance as they have the proper tools to access and send your exam results. Please see their contact details by accessing the link below:
