Exam results showing as unavailable

Hi,

In November I sat the exam PL-200, and when I try and access my results it says I failed because I didn't check in on time. I've raised a case with Pearson Vue who have confirmed there were no issues checking in and the exam was administered correctly, but they are unable to tell me the result. 

Is there some way I can find out my score, even if its just pass/fail? I've got a confirmation email from Pearson Vue if needed and a screenshot of the exam details I sat.

You may check your exam result via score report.

 

In checking the score reports, you may sign in to your Microsoft Certification dashboard.

 

Under Exam providers, please choose on Pearson VUE. You’ll be redirected on the Pearson VUE page to access your score report. Please refer on the image below:

 

 

 

To check on your account, please provide the information initiated via private message by clicking the image below.

 

 

 

In the event that you’re unable to access your score report, you may follow the troubleshooting steps below:

 

1.     Use a different browser in incognito/InPrivate (Chrome/Mozilla/Safari) and make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the browsers.

2.     Should the issue persist clear cache and cookies (steps here). Make sure you check Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.

3.     Allow all third party cookies through the browser settings.

 

If the above steps do not resolve your issue, please provide us with a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) from the time you are signing in until the error message via private message so we may continue troubleshooting with you.

Its not that I can't access the report, it's because the report says I've failed because I didn't check in in time.

Ive logged a case with Pearson Vue and they've confirmed this is not the case

Thank you for your response. With the screenshot you have provided I was able to locate on your profile.

Since you already contacted Pearson VUE and still they are unable to locate or provide the score report, I will have this escalated to our support team, however, cannot guarantee if they will be able to add the score report to your profile.

The escalation may take 3-5 business days but will let you know immediately once I have received an update.

Please try to access the Microsoft Certification Dashboard using this link.

 

Also, please provide an updated PSR from the time you’re performing the troubleshooting steps until the score report page in order for our Support to identify the cause of the issue and for their visibility.
