I recently took the AZ-104 Azure Administrator exam online on 27th August and encountered a significant mouse lag issue due to the exam software. This made navigation extremely challenging, leading to a rushed conclusion for the last ten questions. This lag issue persists when I attempt the pre-exam test.
I reported this on 28th August and was informed it would be reviewed in 5 business days. However, it took 3 weeks for a response which stated that "your exam was administered correctly with no technical errors." Despite multiple calls and emails, and clarifying that the issue can still be reproduced, the response remains unchanged.
I've come across discussions online suggesting this mouse lag is common and can be mitigated by running the exam software as a local administrator.
I'm caught in a loop with customer service and am reaching out here for any guidance or support. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how did you resolve it?
