Exam software screen resolution and time for AZ-104

Yesterday I took the AZ-104 exam at VUE testing center and didn't pass it and didn't even finish it in time limit of 100 minutes. There were two specific reasons which makes this exam much harder to pass and I think there is no reason for it to be that way.

1. Software resolution is really low and its not possible to change it. They have like 27" or bigger monitors and resolution was like 640x480 or 800x600. As there is a lot of text and pictures in this particular exam, it makes the screen very cluttered and font looks awful. This makes 50% of questions hard to read, navigate and constant horizontal and vertical scrolling prolongs the time spent on each question. It would really help if the resolution was higher so that we can see the whole thing or much bigger part of it. Or at least put each bigger picture on separate tab (exhibit).

2. Time limit was 120min on certification web pages. In reality its 100 min which makes it really hard to finish in time specially in countries where English is not native language. I remember in the past, for these countries they added more time automatically, now you have to specifically request it as I have found today...

I think there are no reasons to make this exam even harder then it already is.
