Exam Status is in Progress for one week

Hi,

I wrote PL-300 Exam on ***Removed***. I wrote with office laptop. A Update notification has came in between Exam. So that Exam has been closed as violation. Till that date I am not able to schedule my exam again. I though it could be open after 24 or 36 hours. Almost 1 week over till not able schedule the exam. Can you please resolve the issue. So that I can write exam again.

I'm sorry to hear that your exam result is still in Progress status. Let me help you by providing details. 

Please be advised that we have an ongoing issue wherein candidate's scores are still in In Progress status after passing an exam. Our support team is already aware on this issue and now investigating for a fix. You may refer to this sticky post.

For me to check the status of your exam, please respond through private message I initiated providing the requested information along with the copy of your exam registration. You may refer to the image below:

I already received the follow up regarding the exam status, according to Pearson Vue that this issue that is now fixed.

Please advise checking it once again using cache-cleared and InPrivate/incognito browser. To access your exam result, you may follow the steps mentioned on this link

In case your are still unable to view your exam result, please provide the requested information through private message I along with the copy of your exam registration. You may refer to the image below:
