Please clear the cache cookies of your browser and kindly follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue at your end and keep us posted on the status.

 

1. Please open a registration window

2. Press F12 function key

3. Once you see a Developer Tool window popping up on the screen

4. Please click on "Network Tab"

5. Clear the session

6. Refresh the screen

 

We request you to try in different browsers (EDGE/Chrome etc..) and also, we recommend trying in Incognito/In-private mode

Is there a time table for this to get resolve? I Think this is because of an issue where I was force to do "end task", which was suggested by the support people when I ask them about it, on the application because it would not let me close it after I finish the exam.

Please try to contact Pearson VUE, as they will be able to help you with this issue.

They are the exam providers, and it's their application you have issues with. Microsoft has no scope over that.
