Exam Test Center Locked on the day of exam

Hi Team,

The premises of test center Tech Indya IT Services Private Limited was locked on the day of exam. There was no one even remotely related to the organisation at the location. I also made many calls to the phone number mentioned in the details mailed by Pearson VUE but no one answered. The security guards had no clue nor did the people working in the office next door.

I also sent emails to both to the organisation and to Pearson VUE but i am yet to hear back from them. I now see that the voucher is marked as claimed. I seriously feel cheated by this whole episode.

Request you please take some prompt action so that at least other candidates like me are not taken for a ride.

I just got an update from my support team, and they advised that you can now reschedule your exam, hence, we’ve got informed by the testing center that they aren't able to deliver exams from 15th of October through 18th of October 2021, due to the upcoming Indian holidays.  

 

I recommend rescheduling your exam to different closest testing centers to future date that you prefer (except holidays) to avoid the issue happening again.
