Exam Voucher - Exam AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals

Hello,

I have attended the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals virtual training on 6th & 7th of April. As per the process, once after completing the training and after 5 business days I'm supposed to get the exam voucher for the Exam AZ-900. Today, when I logged into my Microsoft Certification dashboard, found there are no discount vouchers associated with my email id (the same email id I used for registration). Could someone please help me with this?

Hello Madhu,

 

Thank you for contacting us here at Microsoft Community.

 

That is correct. You should be eligible for an exam discount on April 14 as this should only take 5 business days in completing the Training and this should be a voucher less exam discount by linking the registered email address on your Certification Profile.

 

You may follow the steps through this link on how you may claim your exam discount.

 

If issue may arise, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.

 

 

  1. Use a different browser in incognito/InPrivate (Chrome/Mozilla/Safari) and make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the browsers.

    For MS Edge browser, you can download the new browser here.

  2. Should the issue persist clear cache and cookies (steps here). Make sure you check Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.

  3. Allow all third party cookies through the browser settings.

 

If the above steps do not resolve your issue, please provide us with a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) from the troubleshooting steps until the error message via private message along with the requested information so we may continue troubleshooting with you.

 

You may also adjust the limit of 25 screenshots as a default to a higher number of pictures to show the process. Please change the number to at least 100 screenshots in the tool’s settings.

In addition, please attach the actual copy of the email confirmation that you have attended the Training showing the recipient (from and to field) along with the Event ID that can be found on the email confirmation link as shown in the image below for reference.
