Exam Voucher Not Received - MS IGNITE CLOUD SKILLS CHALLENGE - AI Automation

Hello,

I have completed CLOUD SKILLS CHALLENGE on Microsoft Ignite for AI Automation Challenge last week of October 2022 but I never received an email with the free Microsoft Certification exam details

I have also verified that my modules appear as 100% complete.

How can I receive my free exam?

I understand that you should be entitled to a free exam after completing a challenge. can definitely help you obtain your benefit.

If the discount you are referring to is from the Microsoft Learn Cloud Skills Challenge, please know that this is a "vocuherless" discount that you can claim after linking the registered email address under "discount" page.

For your complete guidance in redeeming your free exam, kindly follow the steps below: 

  1. Clear cache your browser and cookies and open an In Private edge browser.  

  1. Browse an eligible exam and schedule it under Pearson Vue and choose a date prior to February 15, 2023 

  1. Then sign in using your Personal Microsoft Account on the Dashboard.   

  1. Once signed in, ensure that all the required fields marked with an asterisk * are correctly filled and remove any special characters (like., \! @ # etc.,) from your account information and save 

  1. Then kindly enter the registered email address under “discounts ” page to check discount and link your accounts.   

  1. Once this has been completed, click the “apply discount” button, once this shown as “applied”, proceed in schedule exam. 

The discount should be reflected on the check-out page. For your reference, you may also see how to claim your free exam page.   

In case additional assistance is needed, you may provide us with your discount and profile details indicated in this private message.
