Exported list of all Microsoft Certification

Hi everyone,

Hope you are all doing well.

Is there a way to export the entire list of all Microsoft certifications? I know we can find the certifications here (

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/browse/?resource_type=examination), but is there a simpler way to export the entire list in Excel? I want to use the list to plan for my team's learning and development as well as identify areas we need to focus on.

Thank you!

Hi, Ryu.

Thank you for contacting us here at Microsoft’s Community.

As we understand from your post, you want to receive an exported excel list with all your Certificates and Exams. We are happy to help you with this inquiry.

As you already mentioned you can go to your Transcript into your Profile and download all your Certificates and Exams under same PDF document using these steps:

  • Make sure to use an up-to-date browser. (e.g. Edge)

  • Clear cache and cookies (Steps here). Make sure you check Preserve Favorites, website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies; then click Delete.

  • On the Delete Browsing History window, make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites, website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies; then click Delete.

  • Allow all third-party cookies through the browser settings.

  • Please make sure that you have the latest version of the Edge browser or Internet explorer.

  • Go to your Dashboard and attempt to download your Transcript.

If this option is not enough to resolve your concern, we recommend that after Download your Transcript, try to convert or export the PDF document with your Transcript to Excel using external tools.

Please let us know if the information was useful and if you need additional assistance.

If the support solved your request, please indicate “Yes” to the question “Did this solve your issue?” shown below and the case will be concluded, so other Learners can benefit from this.

Remember your feedback is important to improve our service. If no response is received, the case will be concluded within one business day.
