Extending renewal date of Az-104 and Az 305.

I have cracked Az-104 and AZ-305. I was regularly taking renewal exam but due to some personal medical break I missed the last renewal date of this exam Hence, my certificates are expired. I just wanted to check if there is any chance of new renewal date as I will not be able to purchase new certificate. Thank you for understanding.
