Failure To Connect to PSI Exam Through Dashboard

Hello:

I was scheduled to take the DA - 100 Analyzing Data with Microsoft Power BI exam this morning at 8:00 AM Central Time. I completed the system check yesterday as required and everything was good to go, so I downloaded the PSI Secure Browser at that time as well.

When following the instructions in my email to try and connect to the exam via the Microsoft Certification Dashboard 30 minutes prior to my exam start time and I was taken to "WSO2 Identity Server" where I clicked Microsoft to try and log in with my Microsoft account to take my exam. It navigated nowhere and now the exam appointment has expired. I have been on with Customer Service and Tech Support for over an hour. Now they want to reschedule my exam for a non optimal time that is not similar to my current time and I have no way to know this issue won't reoccur.

I am very frustrated and confused. Help is appreciated.

Hi jake_g123,

There is an update regarding the ongoing system maintenance. You may find the updated details through this post.

Before accessing your profile and the exam, you may try performing the basic troubleshooting below.

1. Make sure to use an up-to-date browser. (e.g. Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Safari)

2. Clear cache and cookies (steps here) Make sure you check Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.

3. Enable “Allow third party cookies” on browser settings.

4. Try logging in using Incognito/InPrivate mode of the browser.

On the other hand, I would like to confirm if you were able to have the exam reschedule through PSI.
