For the third time Pearson Vue OnVue Screen stuck while verifying my details through shared link on mobile "Uploading and verifying photo" for AZ-900 - Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification exam

Hello Folks, 


I am from India, registered for AZ 900 exam with Pearson VUE and this is the third time I'm trying to write my test and got stuck in the uploading and verifying photo screen, I'm not able to cancel or reschedule the test also, I need your help to resolve this issue as I need to complete this certification as soon as possible.

I have a good internet connection and I am attaching the screenshot of the speed test which I have taken while trying to check-in for the exam.

I might be able to reschedule the exam after 24 hours, but that will not going to help me if I will not be able to complete the verification on the test day.

Please help me to complete this certification.

You can reschedule your exam after 24-36 hours once the appointment expires.

 

With regards to the check in process in attending your exam, it would be best to contact your testing center directly for further assistance.

 

I have reviewed the check in process for Pearson Vue and as stated, you should have run the system test again on the equipment and internet connection you will use during the exam. Internet bandwidth can change by the time of day.
