Forgot email with my MCAD certificate profile

Hello

I have completed my MCP and MCAD certifications long back and I don’t remember my email that I used for that! The surname name used for that is my parents surname before the *********** I can share the MCP id if needed!

I am thinking to take my AZ 900 certification and I want to link this also in the same account. Kindly help me! I want to know which email I had used and is there a way to reset password for that since I don’t remember it!

In case, to have access to your account we recommend you use the following option: Recover your account or you can contact the Accounts and Billing Department by calling 1-800-642-7676 in the US.

 

We have opened a Private Message where we have requested information related to your Certification Profile to continue with the process.

 

To use the Private Message Feature please look at the right side of the page and click the icon seen in the image below:

To validate information, via private message. To proceed with your account, it needs to be Migrated. This process will help us to show your certificates and associate your account.

Remember to make the process well, in Step 3 you must Access with a Microsoft account that has not been used in MS Learn, different to your Emails address.

 

To continue with this process, please follow these steps:

1.    Start a Microsoft Edge InPrivate browsing session (pressing the key combination Ctrl + Shift + N once the browser is open).

2.    Copy and paste this link into the private window’s address bar https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate

3.    Access with a Microsoft account that has not been used in MS Learn, different to your email address (if you do not have one, we invite you to create one Here).

4.    If you are shown an error message, please select the option “MCP Home” which will direct you to Your Dashboard, after that you can copy and paste the same link on step 2 in the same search bar.

5.    After you have followed the previous link, it will open a new window to Your Dashboard, as shown in the image below.

6. While being on Your Dashboard page, please delete the URL and paste this one: https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate

7.    After pasting the URL and clicking on enter, you will see this website, please fill in the fields MC ID and Access code.

8.    Fill in the fields with the following information:  

o    MCID: 

o    Access Code: 

To protect personal information, these credentials are provided via Private Message.  In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked in the next business day.

I was not clear on the below point : Do I have to create new account or can I use *********email for that? Could you please clarify

This process will help us to show your certificates and associate your account with the email address that you want to associate with. Use an MS account that you prefer. But a different to the last email listed in Microsoft Account.

After reviewing this feature, you can let us know if you have other concerns. We will be waiting for your comments if more questions arise.

We will be waiting for your reply with the Migration confirmation to be able to continue with the assistance. Consider that if we do not get any answer within the next two business days, the case will be concluded.
