Free voucher on AI-900 exam not received after Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day

I followed a Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day event the 15th of june 2022 about IA fundamentals (in french) in order to get a free voucher for the AI-900 exam.


I am trying to schedule an exam with Pearson Vue like when I passed AZ-900 but I can't find the free voucher to get the discount. My Microsoft account is linked as mentionned in the email to get the discount.


I have all the emails I used to participate to the event and I will be happy to share it to you in a private conversation.

I understand that your discount is still not reflected in your profile. I can definitely help you in obtaining this successfully.

Please be advised that the discount from attending the Microsoft Virtual Training Day event can be redeemed by entering the registered email address under “exam discount” page to check your eligibility and link your accounts. You may refer to the image below:

It will also be helpful to follow the complete steps below including the troubleshooting to eliminate any issue upon redemption:  

  1. Clear cache your browser and cookies and open an In Private edge browser. 

  1. Go to AI-900 exam details page and schedule it under Pearson Vue. 

  1. Please make sure that you sign in using your Personal Microsoft Account on the Dashboard.  

  1. Ensure that all the required fields marked with an asterisk * are correctly filled and remove any special characters (like., \! @ # etc.,) from your account information and save. 

  1. Then kindly enter the registered email address under “Exam discount” page to check your eligibility and link your accounts.  

  1. Once this has been completed, click the “claim” button, once this shown as claimed, proceed in schedule exam. 

Keep in mind that the discount should be reflected on the check-out page. For your reference, you may also watch this instructional video. 

Note that all participants are also allowed to take advantage of up to 8 event discounts.    

If the issue persists after following my resolution recommendation, kindly provide us with a complete step-by-step recording using this PSR (Problem Steps Recorder). You may start from the sign in page until you get to the page where the error is showing. Kindly secure this along with your personal and discount details indicated in this private message so I can continue troubleshooting with you.
