I received a notification that I'm eligible for 50% discount on the exam however, when I follow the instructions in the provided link, i can't find the voucher code. Could you please assist me in locating it?

Since you've mentioned that despite following the instructions provided in the link, the discount isn't reflected, please send me a private message with step-by-step screenshots using the Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) (click this link for MAC device). Start from the sign-in page and continue through to the check-out page along with the requested information. This will help me locate your profile and determine the root cause of the issue.

Upon receipt, I will immediately take the required steps. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated as of this time.

Meanwhile, if you are pertaining to the discount obtained from completing an MVTD event, please note that the voucher has been converted to a voucher less discount, which is linked to the email address used during registration. It is important to note that the discount provided through the event is specifically linked to the email address used during registration and this email address should be the same as the one you use to sign in to your Learn account. By doing so, you will be able to successfully apply the discount at checkout.

For detailed information and guidance regarding the event, please refer to the sticky post.

In addition, kindly try to attempt booking an exam to check if the discount is applied or not. If the discount is not visible, please send us a step by-step screenshot using the Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) (click this link for MAC device). Starting from the sign-in page up until the checkout page where discount is not applied.

Let me know the outcome so we can check for alternative options.

The reason you cannot see the MVTD discount on the checkout page is that the ESI discount is already linked to your account. Please remember that the VTD discount cannot be combined with any other discounts. (Examples include ESI, Student, CloudSkills Challenge, FTE, etc.)

Since you are an active ESI learner, please reach out to the ESI team support directly for further assistance regarding your discount. Below are their contact details. Use your active work email to log in to their portal.
