I am unable to see to schedule PL-200 exam again as I couldn't be able to pass the exam on first attempt on ****. Now I am trying to retake the exam but unable to do so as it is not showing in credentials tab

If you failed the exam, you need to book and pay for the exam again. There are no free retakes

To verify your profile and seek assistance from our Support Team, if needed, kindly provide the necessary information I requested along with the Case ID from Pearson VUE via private message.
Moreover, please ensure that you sign in to your Microsoft Learn profile using the email address associated with your exam registration. In addition, it is recommended to attempt logging into Microsoft Learn with the email address you currently have, as the issue may arise due to duplicate accounts.
Furthermore, I appreciate your insights, @Julian. As mentioned, kindly note that there is no specific option to retake an exam. In order to proceed with a retake, you must schedule a new appointment following the same procedure used when booking your original exam.
If you redeemed a voucher provided by your company to your exam and your organization is affiliated with the Enterprise Skills Initiative (ESI), please contact our ESI Support Team using the information shared via private message.
