Since you've mentioned that the discount does not reflect, please provide a complete recording of the entire process starting from the sign-in page up until the error occurs via private message. For Windows devices, use the Snipping Tool to record the steps. After opening it, select the video icon, click "New," draw the area to record, press "Start" to begin, and "Stop" to end the recording. For MAC devices, follow the instructions in this link.
