General| MVTD: Haven’t received my AI-900 50% off exam voucher?

Hi,



I completely the 2 Azure AI fundamentals training days for the AI-900 certification. Upon completing this, I should recieve a 50% off exam voucher. I have received an email advising of my discount, but when I go to book the exam the discount isn’t applied & I haven’t had a voucher code emailed at all to me so I can’t manually add the discount?



Can you help me find my voucher code so I can manually enter it for the discount/ advise where I can find my voucher?

all learners who attended the Microsoft Virtual Training Day Event will receive a voucherless discount linked to the email address used for registration.

Please be informed that the Microsoft Virtual Training Day program is now voucher less. As noted in your post, you should have received a thank-you email containing a link to a document that outlines the steps for automatically applying the 50% discount at checkout when scheduling your exam.

To take advantage of this discount, kindly follow the instructions provided in the thank-you email. Alternatively, you may refer to the publicly available guide titled "How to Redeem an Employee or Event Attendee Discountfor detailed instructions.

Please ensure that you log in using the same email address you used to register for the training event. It is essential that this email address matches the one associated with your Microsoft account (MSA) to successfully apply the discount.

Meanwhile, to ensure effective monitoring of your progress during the exam registration process, please provide detailed screenshots if the discount is not visible. For Windows devices, use the Snipping Tool: open the tool, select the video icon, click "New," draw the area to record, press "Start" to begin, and "Stop" to end the recording. Ensure that the recording captures the entire process from the login page to the checkout page where the discount is missing. For MAC devices, please follow the instructions provided in the link. If the Snipping Tool is not functional, you may use the Problem Steps Recorder (PSRas an alternative. Additionally, include the requested information in the private messages I initiated. I will then escalate this issue to our support team for further investigation.

Moreover, the Virtual Training Day discount is valid for 90 days from the commencement of the training. This discount cannot be combined with other offers, such as ESI, Student, CloudSkills Challenge, FTE, etc. For further information regarding the MVTD discount, please refer to this sticky post.

Hi Julie,

I have attached screenshots from a screen recording below of me at the checkout page, i dont feel good about sharing all personal address details etc via a screen recording on a public MS forumn, hence why i have skipped to the checkout page for the AI-900 exam, but i can assure you i am filling this all out correctly & with the same email address i used for the training day which is my 'icloud.com' email. I have linked my icloud email to my 'hotmail.co.uk' email. I have also tried booking the exam with my hotmail.co.uk email address that this account is under but i get the same outcome.

Please investigate for me.

It is still full priced.
