I can't redeem my discount on azure fundamentals training while trying to register for my AZ 900 exam.

Please be advised if are referring to a situation that you have already received the "Thank You" email but are experiencing issues applying the discount associated with your event registration email address, kindly send us a private message with the complete necessary details for further assistance.

Additionally, please make sure to include a complete screen recording of the process from the sign-in page, ensuring that your email address remains visible up to the point where the error occurs. This will help us facilitate a thorough review and resolution of the issue. For Windows devices, please use the Snipping Tool to record your steps.

To do so, open the tool, select the video icon, click "New," define the recording area, then press "Start" to begin and "Stop" to end the recording. For Mac devices, kindly follow the instructions provided in this link. Once the recording is complete, kindly send it via private message so we can conduct a thorough review.

In addition to this, since the 50% voucher less discount is linked with email address used upon event registration, we encourage you to consider following the steps on how to redeem an employee or event attendee discount and see how it works.

Note: The MVTD discount can’t be combined with other discounts. (Ex. ESI, Student, Cloud Skills Challenge, FTE, etc.) as per policy.
