Hi บัณฑิต,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I understand your concern about retaking your exam, and I know how crucial it is for you to perform well. Let me assist you with this matter.

@ Julian Sharp, thank you for sharing your valuable insights. Your input has been extremely helpful and greatly appreciated. According to our Exam Retake Policy, if you do not achieve the required passing score on your first attempt, you must wait 24 hours before retaking the exam. If you are still unsuccessful, there is a 14-day waiting period between all subsequent attempts, up to a maximum of five attempts. Additionally, if you fail the exam five times, you will be eligible to retake it 12 months after your first attempt. Please be advised that payment will be applied for every retake, since this will be treated as new registration.

To better prepare for your assessment, you can utilize our Practice Assessments for Microsoft Certifications public document and choose for the specific exam you want to retake for the study guide that can help you in preparing for this exam. We also offer free online courses and paid instructor-led classes for further review. You can find these resources on the exam details page.

Please note that these training materials are intended as a preparation guide for the exam. However, the modules covered in the training course may differ from those in the actual exam.

If you need further assistance, please let me know. I am here to help.

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond. Thank you.
