I understand that you prefer taking an online proctored exam instead of going to a testing center. It's natural to feel more comfortable and familiar with this method, and you will likely find it more convenient. Your perspective is important, and I'm here to help you transition smoothly to your preferred exam delivery method.
To help us locate and verify your account more quickly. please send us the relevant details through the private message I have initiated.
To change your exam delivery method to online proctoring, you may proceed to schedule your exam and for you to be guided accordingly, kindly visit Register and schedule an exam page for the step-by-step exam registration instructions.
While scheduling, please make sure to choose the option for "Online with Onvue" set up. This will allow us to reserve a seat for you at one of our authorized testing centers, where you will be able to complete the test under optimal conditions. Kindly refer to the image below:
Alternatively, for immediate assistance with exam registration, I would recommend contacting your exam delivery provider since they have direct access to your exam appointment and can identify the seats available to have your exam scheduled on your preferred time/date from their system. Furthermore, if you are an active ESI Learner (part of an organization affiliated with the Enterprise Skills Initiative), please contact the ESI support team directly.
