General | Student Discount: Assistance needed with SC-200 student discount

I understand the importance of verifying yourself as a student to utilize academic discount for SC-200 exam. Allow me to provide additional details with your concern.

Since you already followed the steps indicated on our public document Student discounts | Microsoft Learn, you should be eligible for 30% discount for Fundamentals exam (all countries), and 45% for SC-200 and All Role-based Exam (except India and China). Please note that the student discount will automatically be deducted on the checkout page.

If the student discount is not automatically deducted on the checkout page when scheduling, please provide the step-by-step screenshot using Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) (for MAC device: How to record the screen - Apple Support) that includes the "Begin interest survey" and until the checkout page. Kindly upload the PSR file through Private Message that I initiated.
