Getting an error while submitting the order in Pearson webportal - You have reached the maximum number of Microsoft Certification exams that can be scheduled. ---- Need help on priority

Hi There,

I have been trying to book an exam using the voucher in pearson portal, but getting this below message "You have reached the maximum number of Microsoft Certification exams that can be scheduled. After you take (or cancel) one of these exams, you can register for another. "

Note:

There is no exams booked on the same date and this is completely different MCSFT examination, still getting this error which is kind of annoying.

Kindly help me on this issue please.

Please be advised that as per the register and schedule an exam page, effective January 16, 2023, you can have a maximum of two Microsoft Certification exams scheduled at a time, either on the same day or on separate days through Pearson VUE. You can schedule certification exams no more than 90 days in advance. You can reach out to the Pearson VUE support for additional information.

Thank you for sharing the information requested.

Using the information you have provided, I have confirmed that you currently have 2 exams scheduled which is the AZ-900 and the AI-900 the previous MVTD discounts, with this, the reason you are receiving the error is due to the updated policy from Pearson VUE that there is a maximum of 2 Microsoft exams schedule at a time. Kindly refer to the Exam registration page to learn more.

Moreover, since you used MVTD discounts, we don't recommend cancelling the exam as the discount will not be reinstated. I recommend taking the AZ-900 exam first and once done, you should be able to schedule your exam using the voucher code.
