If I were to take and pass the the Exams required for the MOS Associate Certification at my college (Instead of through Microsoft) would I still be eligible to receive the certification upon completion of the 4 required Exams?

Hi, Frederick.
Thank you for contacting the Microsoft community.
As we understand from your post, you would like to know if you could achieve the Microsoft Office Specialist: Associate (Office 2019) Certification by passing the required Exams at your college. We are happy to help!
Microsoft Certifications are only awarded through the completion of the Exams listed on our platform, which are offered exclusively by our official Exam delivery providers Pearson VUE and Certiport.
Some academic institutions may offer students the opportunity to register for one or multiple Exams via Certiport. In this case, passing the Exams required to achieve a Certification will indeed award you the corresponding Certificate.
However, if the Exam is not taken through one of our official providers, no Certification will be issued for its completion.
For more information on this matter, please visit the article: Certification process overview | Microsoft Learn
