Please be advised that users of the Applied Skills assessments labs cannot use their own credentials to log in to the virtual machine. With this, please ensure to use the username and login password provided within the lab experience (can be found in the instructions at the right side) by clicking on the credential or copying and pasting them at the virtual machine's text field.

However, if you are indeed using the correct sign in process and credentials mentioned above, but still encountered the issue, please also provide me with the other information we need below. This will allow us to further investigate the issue:
