Getting issue in Admin Login during Microsoft’s AI Odyssey Assessment Level - 2

 have doneAI  Odyssey Completion Certification from Microsoft. 


I have completed my level - 1 successfully and got the certificate. After this I am trying to do level 2 in which we have to assessment. There is 3 challenges i am trying to solve first one that is 


  1. Build a natural language processing solution with Azure AI Language 

Build a natural language processing solution with Azure AI Language. I have entered the challenge but don't know about admin login credentials. It's showing incorrect passwords every time. Which password should I insert here ? I have tried with my Microsoft Store password as well as Device password too.

Congratulations on passing your assessment's level 1. I know how important it is for you to proceed with passing the next level too, however, you are unable to due to login error for the virtual machine. With this, allow me to provide you with further information and guidance.

Please be advised that users of the Applied Skills assessments labs cannot use their own credentials to log in to the virtual machine. With this, please ensure to use the username and login password provided within the lab experience (can be found in the instructions at the right side) by clicking on the credential or copying and pasting them at the virtual machine's text field.

However, if you are indeed using the correct sign in process and credentials mentioned above, but still encountered the issue, please also provide me with the other information we need below. This will allow us to further investigate the issue:

  • Complete Title of the Assessment

  • URL (Copy the entire URL of the problematic page and paste it in your response):

  • Date/Time you encountered the issue:

  • Screenshots of the issue:

  • Scenario title:

  • Browser Version:

  • Are you running other instances of Learn in different tabs?

  • CTRL-F5: What happens when you hit CTRL-F5 on the problematic page?

If you haven't obtained the following information above from your last attempt, please ensure to do so if you are planning to take the assessment again after the 72-hour waiting period, so that we can better identify and isolate your issue if you encounter the same error again.
