Getting renewal reminders on non-expiring certs

Hello.

Ultimately I have been receiving renewal reminders for certifications that are not expiring. For example, today I've received a reminder that my administrator expert certification is going to expire tomorrow, while in reality its expiring in a year.

Why is this happening? As I said, during the last 2 months I have received at 2-3 incorrect reminders.

Thanks.

Answer

Hi Marcelo.

Since the date of the Certificate has updated you should not get any reminders until you reach the 6 month mark prior to the new expiration date. the reminder emails are set automatic by the system if it sees the date still incorrect, since it is now updated you will not have that problem anymore.

In case we do not receive a response, it will be concluded after one business day and you will not be able to post replies.

Thank you for understanding.
