We see there was a delay in the generation of certificates that have now been corrected, please note you will now see it in your account also below we leave the ways to get your certificates.

All documents say certificates tab but that changed and now there is under the Credential tab.

Hi JoseDavid, thanks for the help so far. I had linked my account before now but still can’t find my certificate on my learn Microsoft account.

How long will it take for the certificate to show on my learn Microsoft account?

Kindly find attached screenshot showing my accounts are linked and advice further.

Do note that I have checked my profile (which is already linked) through and true but there is no certificate on there.

Find attached screenshots showing my accounts are linked alongside my credentials page and advise further.
