Got the case number from Pearson VUE proctor due to Inability to participate in AZ exam. How to re-schedule the exam?

Hello everyone,

I scheduled my AZ-Exam with Pearson VUE, but when I passed all the prerequisites proctor asked me about a standalone mic (i missed this requirement) that i didn't have.

After that proctor gave me a case number and customer care phone number.

I have no possibility to call to this number.

How I can re-schedule my Exam or how to interact with case number?

Any info will be helpful.

Best regards.

Hello Serhei,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

Since you encountered technical issues during the exam, we usually advise candidates to contact the exam provider directly to clarify if you will need to reschedule your exam.

With this, we would recommend to contact PearsonVue to report the incident and give the case ID that was provided by the proctor to make a follow up wait and wait for their response as they should be able to help you in rescheduling the exam at no cost.

You may reach them at:

Pearson Vue Support: https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact

Meanwhile, if you did not receive any assistance from them, allow us to check our option by providing all the requested information I send to the private message that I initiated.

You can access that on this link.

For reference, you may check our Exam reschedule and cancellation policy.

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.
