Hello Vikram.
Welcome to Microsoft’s Community.
We understand that your passed Exam MS-102 but have not been able to view the Certificate. We will gladly assist.
In order to complete the Learning Path to achieve a Certification, all requisites must be active in the Profile.
It is important to bear in mind that an expired certificate is the same as not having the certificate, this would mean that the pathway is incomplete.
Please bear in mind that if you accomplish a Learning Path to get a Certification, you will see it under this space in Your Dashboard. However, if you approve a prerequisite alone associated with the title, your results will be visible under Transcript.
Please know that the Exam MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator is part of the conditions to obtain the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert Certification.
Additionally, you would also need to obtain one of the following Certifications as prerequisites:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate.
Please know that Exam alone does not issue a Certification. However, you should be able to see the approved Exam in your Transcript which can be used as proof of accreditation.
In case you have one of the prerequisites and it is active, please respond to this thread to continue the investigation.
If the assistance provided solved your request, please indicate “Yes” to the question “Was this reply helpful?” shown below. Remember your feedback is important to improve our service. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after one business day.
We will be attentive to your comments.
Best regards,
