I checked in 15 minutes before my exam time got the following attached message. I contacted the support at PearsonVue website. They asked me to delete previous Vue software, all close all applications and then click on the check in link again. I tried but still gor the following attached error. I contacted the support team again and got this response: "The Program Coordinators will review the Case and they will contact you back via email with the resolution. Once the Case has been determined by the team, they will response you via Email."
Is there no better alternative to complete the exam in such cases? It feels like I have wasted 3 hours of scheduled time for no reason.
