Having multiple attempts of MS exams on two different Learn accounts

So, let us say that I have failed to pass an exam, such as a role-based, etc. Which they require 14-day time period between each attempt after the second failed attempt to the fifth attempt as max, and then a 12 months waiting period post 5th fail attempt. Can I make another Learn account to take the exam if I failed more than two times in a role-based exam or any kind of MS exam that require such a long and unfair waiting period as I might need it for jobs, etc.?

Adding that MS exams require you to register with identification, so is having the same identity for two different accounts a problem?

Hi Zakareya,

We appreciate your response.

We have checked with our Support team about your query in retaking the exam and we were advised that it is not recommended to retake the exam using a new MS Learn account since the system will still recognize your initial profile which has the exam registered.

Let us know if you need further clarification on this matter.

Otherwise, if this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after one business day. Please be advised that after the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond. If the resolution provided did not resolve the issue, please post a new question.
