I failed my first atempt to an AZ-400 exam the last monday, I took the exam online via Pearson VUE, so basically i have 2 attempts, I go to my certifications tab on my learn profile and followed the steps in the documentation, but when I click on the certification i failed, the page redirects me to pearson vue main page and it says theres no exam scheduled, also When I go to the page to schedule it like I did the first time it tries to charge me again
