Hello, I have just passed my AZ 104 exam and have received the confirmation email with my Microsoft certification ID my company has asked me to associate my Microsoft Learn account with them on Microsoft partner centre but I had a look at the credentials section on my Microsoft learn account and under certification it does not show the certificate only the exam I did in the past that I failed does it take time for the certificate to pull through on my Microsoft learn account even though I already have the email with my certification ID? I know it says it may take up to 24 hours to update but it has now been over 24 hours and nothing has pulled through bit of clarification would be helpful thank you in advance and sorry to be a pain.

Hope this message finds you great! Thank you for letting us know that you are now able to view your Certificate.
Following your concern, please note that we cannot delete any profiles for the candidate. To delete it please follow these steps:
Start an In-Private browsing session to avoid any browser related issues.
Sign into Microsoft Learn.
Click on your profile photo > Settings > Delete your profile
Click on "Delete profile".
Once you delete the profile for email address: Private Messages - Microsoft Community please access your moms email address to now unlink the email address: Private Messages - Microsoft Community This can be done once you are logged-in to your personal Microsoft profile then go to the “Certification profile” tab. From there, click the “Linked account” and select remove to the email address you plan to unlink. You may refer to the image below:
Once you complete all of these steps please let us know so we change the email address from the MCID: Private Messages - Microsoft Community to your personal email address.

We apologize but at this moment our specialized team is currently working on an update that does not allow us to unlink and generate a access code needed for the migration of your profile.
For now you will have to use the email address; Private Messages - Microsoft Community. Keep in mind that this update can take around 1 to 6 months.

The Certification Profile is now retired and no longer exists. For now on you will only have to login to your MS Learn profile with the email address: Private Messages - Microsoft Community

Please be aware that we have migrated your Certification Profile to a Learn Profile. The Certification Profile is now retired and no longer exists.
Therefore, kindly provide us with the username for your MS Learn with this we will now be able to escalate your case so you can have your profile with your desire email address. However please delete the
new profile that you have created with your personal email address so the escalation team can use it your the profile that contains your certification.
To locate the username for Private Messages - Microsoft Community, please follow these steps:
Log into your Learn profile settings.
You will find your "Username and URL" in "Personal Info, username and URL". The text in the textbox is your Learn Username (highlighted below).
To protect your data, please send the information over this private message and we will evaluate the account and get back to you with updates.
Keep in mind that if we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and concluded after two business days.
