Help me to find my certificate for NAV

Hi Team,

About 18 years ago I passed several NAV Exams, and I would like to get access to certificate records for those exams.

  • W1 00-002: Navision Attain Essentials;

  • W1 05-010: Navision Attain Programming;

  • NAV 40-231: Navision 4.0 Relationship Management;

  • NAV 40-232: Navision 4.0 Service Management.

I don't remember my MCP ID but email on that account was ************ I don't have access to that email it was company email. Please help!
