Help register a learning account

When I try to associate my personal email account to my partner account I am getting the following message

"You do not have Learning account registered with [removed[]. Either try associating with a different Microsoft account, or complete the registration at www.microsoft.com/learning and try associating the account again."

I need help registering my personal account as the learning Profile.

Hello Lutztech,

 

If you currently have no Microsoft Certification profile, you may follow the steps below to create one:

 

1.    Visit the Learning site via InPrivate/incognito browser.

2.    Click on Go to Certification Dashboard.

3.    Sign in using your personal Microsoft account.

4.    Click on Edit your certification profile and complete the information.

5.    Click Save and Continue. Once done, your MC ID will be created.

 

To confirm if there is already a Learning account that was created, please provide the requested information via private message I initiated. (see image below).

 

 

Once a Learning profile was created, you may retry linking your account to your partner profile.

 

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.

Thank you for your response.

 

It seems that you have already created a Microsoft Learning profile as you have sent an MCID via provide

 

Note that since an MCID has been created for you, the MCID can now be linked to your organization by contacting MPN support team to associate both profiles (MCID and Partners ID).

 

Also, the purpose of the screenshot on the first response is to guide Learner where to find the private messaging, adding the hyperlink is for ease of directing them in the private inbox.

 

As requested, I have removed the screenshot for private message.
