Thank you for providing the requested information thru the private message and I do apologize for the delayed response.

Upon checking, I was able to pull up multiple profiles on our database. 2 profiles with the same email address and 1 profiles which has the exam, based on the score report.

Before we proceed with the consolidation of your profiles, please provide a scanned copy of your legal documents (driver’s license, passport, state identification) which has your complete name. The reason for this is because your current profile has a middle name, while the others doesn’t have.

Please forward the requested document thru the private message and once received, I’ll proceed with the merging of your profile.
