Hi! I have doubled my registration in Pearson Vue for my NCLEX-RN Exam for New York State Board of Nursing. It was supposed to be for my appintment schedule but I tend to double my registration process. I would like to ask for a refund for my last registration. How can I get that one?

Julian is right. Our support covers only the certifications listed in the Become Microsoft Certified. For other platforms, like NCLEX-RN Exam registration, their respective support teams are best equipped to assist you.

That said, I’ve seen others in similar situations, and the best way we successfully assisted them was by coordinating directly with Pearson VUE Support and following up since the exam is hosted on their platform.

While Pearson VUE is one of our testing delivery providers, they also support various platforms. Their team is best equipped to handle the refund process, as they have the necessary tools, real-time access to your registration details, and the expertise to provide comprehensive information.

They will be creating a separate case with a different reference ID and assist you from here. You may refer to their contact details in the link below:
