Hi. I typed in my legal name in lower cases and now need to change to capital letters as it is written in my ID. I was redirected here when I tried to change it in my account settings.

Please be advised that whether your name is in lowercase or capitalized, it doesn't matter as long as your profile's first and last name exactly match your government-issued ID in accordance with the Pearson VUE’s ID Policy.
