Hi shieldsquare captcha when trying to register exam

I can´t move to the next step when registering for exam.

  • I want to register for the certification microsoft

  • Im not using a proxy or anything like that and im logged into my account

follow the steps to solve the captcha...

Some help i don´t know what it could be...

Hello Javierhh,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I made a little research for the ShieldSquare and found that it is not a part of Microsoft nor PearsonVUE rather a Mitigation Bot which is preventing you from scheduling the exam.

This has to be removed or uninstalled from your computer. Please reach out to https://www.shieldsquare.com/contact/  to white-list your IP post which should allow you to schedule for an exam.

In addition to that, you may also try these basic trouble shooting steps below:

1. Use the new MS Edge browser that you can download here. It’s icon should change on the image below:

2. Make sure to disable the Block all third party cookies function from the browser settings.

3. Once done, please press F12 function key.

4. Once you see a Developer Tool window popping up on the screen, click on "Network Tab" and clear the session.

5. Refresh the screen.

6. Go to Microsoft Certification Dashboard then sign in with the Microsoft account and password associated with your certification.

7. On Your Dashboard, click on Edit your certification profile

8. Please make sure that all the required fields marked with an asterisk* are correctly filled (Please remove any Special Characters (like \! @ # etc.,) from your Name and Address) before clicking "Save & continue" button at the bottom of the Certification Profile page.

9. Go back to the Dashboard and click Schedule next exam button to select and register the exam.

As alternative way, I would also suggest to contact the exam vendor (Pearson Vue) for assistance in scheduling your exam.

You may contact them through their website below and have an option to Chat or Contact the Pearson VUE Support through phone.
