Pearson Vue | Technical Issue | Other: Hi Team, had technical issue while taking up exam

Hi Team, I had an microsoft certified azure administrator exam on *********. while taking up exam i was facing technical problem due to which proctor was not able to release the exam and Proctor- Akshay suggested me to reschdule the exam. but now i am not getting the exam details on my microsoft account itself. please help.
