For your certification profile, there is no User ID, but MCID, the MCID (Microsoft Certification profile ID) is a number used to identify your Certification Profile. It is affiliated with MSID and can be found under one account. To find your MCID, you can follow the steps provided at the following link:

To provide you with further assistance, we opened a Private Message where we have requested information related to your Certification Profile to verify it and properly assist you. You can find the access to the Private Message on the top right corner of this screen, as shown in the image below.

We have confirmed that your certificate is properly posted.

We have confirmed that your account is already connected with your desired e-mail address and the certification profile is properly aligned and there is only one certification profile under your name, with the information provided via Private Message.

To find your exams scheduled and certificates please go to your credentials section.

Due to recent changes and modernization, your certification profile has changed, you will no longer see the Certification Tab, you need to check for your Learn profile’s Credentials tab (it is in the same location, and it contains your certificates/credentials and exam appointments).

Based on our latest update, beginning on September 19th, 2023, Learners may notice a change in terminology for certain page titles and navigation elements on Microsoft Learn in the Certification space.

If you're trying to access your certificates, you may consider the following steps below:

  1. You may try clearing cache/cookies and allow all third-party cookies (steps here).  

  2. Make sure you check preserve favorites website data and check both temporary internet files then click delete.   

  3. When accessing your dashboard to view your scheduled exam, kindly use InPrivate or Incognito browser. 

  4. Then sign in using the correct Microsoft Account used when you scheduled your exam.  

  1. Once signed in, go to “Credentials” page. You may refer to the image below.

After verifying the information, we found a duplicity of profiles under your name. We have retrieved the information of both accounts via Private Message.

We have confirmed that the account with the exam appointment needs to be migrated in order to visualize the exam's information.

To continue with this process, please follow these steps:

1. Start a Microsoft Edge InPrivate browsing session (pressing the key combination Ctrl + Shift + N once the browser is open).

2. Copy and paste this link into the private window’s address bar https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate

3. Sign in with a Microsoft account that has not been used in MS Certifications, different to the email account associated with the other MCID (if you do not have one, we invite you to create it Here). 

 

4. If you are shown an error message, please select the option “MCP Home” which will direct you to Your Dashboard, after that you can copy and paste the same link on step 2 in the same search bar.

5. After you have followed the previous link, it will open a new window to Your Dashboard, as shown in the image below.

6. While being on Your Dashboard page, please delete the URL and paste this one: https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate

7. After pasting the URL and clicking on enter, you will see this website. Please fill in the fields MC ID and Access code.

8. Fill in the fields with the following information:

  • MCID:

  • Access Code:

To protect personal information, these credentials are provided via Private Message.
