Let me help you update the name on your Microsoft Certification profile. 

 

To proceed with your request, please provide us with the information specified in the private message initiated in order to locate and verify your account. To see this inbox, please click on the image below:

 

 

 

Once the name has been updated, please allow 24-48 hours for the testing center system’s to recognize the changes.

 

Note that part of the exam policy is that the name registered on your Microsoft Certification profile should match exactly the name on your IDs which will be provided on the exam day.

In case there is no response received after 2 business days, the case will be closed and locked.

I have successfully updated the legal name on your profile as requested.

 

You may verify the changes in your Microsoft Certification Profile Dashboard by signing in using your Microsoft account and password.

 

Keep in mind that changes will reflect in Pearson VUE’s system within 24 – 48 hours. If you are in need to register for an exam, please consider allotting the said timeframe.

 

In addition, please access your Microsoft Certification profile at least once every 12 months to keep your account active.

 

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after two business days.
