Horrible experience with my exam

I pass in five certifications on the pass 6 months, no one with a single issue, but today i took a an exam that worst experience i ever had with a test provider.

My screen become blank every single time a clicked on screen and a mensage "loading" was show on the upper left corner, every time i request a chat a new attendee join in the conversation, no one managed to help me with my problem.

Six proctors join the chat... they always ask the same questions and never answer mines, i asked for two proctor if they can see my screen or if could take my cell phone to take a shoot from screen and show on the webcam, no one answered.... and after 1 hour trying to do my exam a proctor ends my session saying that i violate some rule.

I want to make my exam again, clearly was a huge problem with person vue today, my questions were not even answered and i was left alone for a hour at the notebook.
