How can i change my Legal name without last name on Microsoft Certification profile

I have scheduled my exam AZ 104 today. But as last name was not there in my government id .

exam was revoked and have to reschedule it  .

How can i change my Legal name which have no last name on Microsoft Certification profile to get my az 104.
