How can i change my legal name and the update the new name on the certification schedule

Yes i am the same person and lost my old account.. can u pls start a new conversation with the account associated with Ekta sharma46 and i need to change my legal name in the same account ( Ekta Sharma46)

Using them, I was able to process your legal name change request for your Microsoft Learn profile. You should see the change(s) reflected on your Learn profile within 24 hours.

Please check our private message and verify the changes are visible; you may need to wait 24 hours before attempting to register for any exams.

If the name format is incorrect or the changes were still not reflecting on your profile after 24 hours, please let me know by replying to the private message together with a screenshot.

Otherwise, if this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after one business day. Please be advised that after the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages. If the resolution provided did not resolve the issue, please post a new question.
