How can I download my Certificate with Credential ID

Hi, I passed the *removed*  exam in *removed*  and I have the Credential ID but I don't remember the microsoft account I used for exam since the exam is already retired I can't see it in any of my accounts. Can I add this exam into one of my accounts with Credential ID or can I download the certificate or create the credential URL or view the score with Credential ID?
